These are an amazing addition to my son's stimulant! We haven't had the rough "crash" in the afternoons, like we were prior to starting these. Worth it for sure! I saw some reviews about them not tasting good, but my son hasn't had any issues. He's on like month 3

Our son, always has trouble winding down at night and sleeping after 5am .
So far, he is a little calmer when getting into bed and sleeping until about 6. Am improvement we will certainly take.
He has no issue taking the capsules.
