Reseller Policy

Authorized Reseller Policy: Outliers, Inc. 

Effective: July 22nd, 2026

Stasis products are sold exclusively through Outliers' own direct-to-consumer websites and any marketplace storefronts expressly designated by Outliers in writing. No other retailer, reseller, marketplace, or individual is authorized to sell Thesis products.

Why this matters to you.
Purchasing from unauthorized sellers puts you at risk. We cannot guarantee that products sold outside our authorized channels are authentic, properly stored, unexpired, or eligible for our return policy or customer support. We also cannot verify that any promotional claims made by unauthorized sellers are accurate. Outliers, Inc.’s product warranty, return policy, and customer support apply only to purchases made through authorized channels.

What we do about it.
We actively monitor third-party marketplaces and websites for unauthorized sales. When we find them, we pursue removal. If you see Thesis or Stasis products sold somewhere not listed above, please report it to hello@takestasis.com.

Outliers reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order that we reasonably believe is intended for resale or commercial redistribution. This includes but is not limited to orders that exceed typical personal-use quantities, orders placed across multiple accounts, or orders that otherwise suggest commercial intent. Exercise of this right is not a waiver of any other remedies available to us.

For sellers. If you are reselling or advertising Thesis or Stasis products without written authorization from Outliers, Inc., you are not authorized to do so. You also do not have the right to use the Thesis name, logos, trademarks, or any associated brand assets in connection with that resale without express written authorization from Outliers, Inc. This includes use of our trademarks in marketplace listings, product titles, search keywords, paid advertising, social media, or any other commercial context.

Listing, advertising, or selling Thesis products on any platform or channel not listed above, including using our brand name, marks, or product imagery, constitutes unauthorized use of our intellectual property and will be treated as trademark infringement, regardless of how the product was originally obtained.

We will pursue takedowns, account suspensions, and legal remedies to the fullest extent available. Authorization is not transferable and is never implied by prior purchases, course of dealing, or the absence of prior enforcement action.
