Two steps for a refund (first orders)

1. Email us at hello@takestasis.com with your order number and the email associated with your purchase, asking to return your order per our 30 day money back guarantee.
2. A member of our support team will process a full refund and collect any feedback you have on your experience!

Once the refund is processed, it will take 3-5 business days to reflect back onto your original payment method.

There is nothing more you need to do! If you have any remaining product, feel free to pass it along to a friend who may benefit from Stasis!

Please note: We can only refund one month’s supply per customer, to the payment method on file. To qualify, you must have purchased Stasis directly from takestasis.com and ship back the product.
